How we handle what you send us through this website. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
When you send a quote request or a contact message, we receive the details you type in: your name, email, phone number, company, address, website, budget range and your message. We also record the date and the IP address the request came from, to protect the forms from spam.
Only to answer you: to reply to your message, understand your project and prepare a proposal. We contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp, using the details you gave us. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking, and we never sell or rent your information.
Our team at MagicWave. Your details are stored on our web hosting server and delivered to our company email; those providers process the data only to run the service for us.
We keep inquiries for up to 24 months so we can follow up on your project. After that we delete them, unless you have become a client, in which case we keep what we need to work together.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A single essential cookie is set only when you send a form, to protect it from abuse, and it is deleted when you close your browser.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hi@magicwave.agency and we will take care of it.
